Domestic shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $130. The discount is automatically applied at checkout. We ship all orders via express shipping.

We currently partner with Australia Post to ship to the following locations:

• Canada $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)

• United Kingdom $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)

• United States $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)

• New Zealand $10 AUD (3 - 7 business days)

For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country.

raffinée the label will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs and taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

Your order will be despatched within 1 - 3 business days. If part of your order is on pre-order your items will be shipped together once all items have arrived in stock.

Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post Guarantee of next day delivery due to delays as a result of limited flights, social distancing requirements and an increase in parcel volumes. This means you may experience a small delay in receiving your delivery. 

You will receive an email upon dispatch with your Australia Post tracking number which can be used to track your order.

We will accept returns if requested within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in the original packaging.

Postage costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable (unless product is faulty).

We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons - although we are more than happy to exchange or provide a credit note! Please email hello@raffinee.com.au to arrange a return.

Stainless steel provides a strong and durable base, providing long lasting wear, however we recommend taking care of your pieces to ensure their longevity. Each pair of earrings comes in an organic cotton bag which we suggest for storing. Whilst stainless steel is water resistent avoid contact with perfumes and body or skin products to minimise the unlikely risk of discolouration.

If you require any changes to your order including, please contact us immediately at hello@raffine.com.au to ensure adjustments can be applied prior to the order being processed.

If your order has already been processed, raffinée the label accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered, however our usual returns process is available.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
